What you'll do

• Coordinate daily outbound shipping and order fulfillment
• prepare and review bills of lading, packing lists, and carrier labels
• schedule shipments and freight pickups
• communicate shipping status and issues to internal teams
• verify order quantities and packaging
• monitor tracking and resolve delivery delays
• maintain shipping records and update WMS or ERP systems
• support inventory checks and prioritize urgent orders
• identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
