What you'll do

• Lead and perform terrestrial and mobile reality-capture projects
• plan field execution, scanning strategies, and logistics
• direct and mentor technicians
• establish survey control using coordinate systems
• perform field quality checks
• process, register, and align point-cloud datasets
• coordinate data integration into AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM deliverables
• maintain equipment and field documentation
• manage project schedules, staffing, resources, risks, budgets, and client communications
• review CAD and BIM deliverables
• lead, train, and develop team members
• improve workflows and procedures. The posting requires travel up to 50–75%, including overnight travel as project demands require.
