What you'll do

• Welcome clients and conduct intake and orientation
• connect residents with healthcare, housing, employment, and social service resources
• maintain accurate client records
• inspect residential areas for cleanliness and safety
• collaborate with program staff on concerns and solution-focused interventions
• monitor residential spaces and respond to client needs
• complete required training and follow organizational policies.
