The Environmental Test Manager – Industrial Operations is an onsite position based in Huntsville, AL, with an annual salary range of $92,300 to $166,850. This role supports the Common Hypersonic Glide Body (CHGB) Program within the Defense Systems team. The role exists to oversee a group of Test Technicians and support the integration and testing of complex Avionics and Navigation/Guidance Systems. It contributes to the team by ensuring hardware and integrated systems perform as designed through effective leadership and test execution.

• Manage a team of approximately 8 Environmental Test Technicians.
• Focus on skills development, career growth, and retention.
• Execute test procedures to support integration and vehicle delivery.
• Analyze test results and document non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering and Quality teams.
