What you'll do

• Lead and manage the local team with the firm’s Director
• manage client relationships, including clients of retiring partners and new clients
• review and manage individual, business, and trust tax return engagements
• lead regional consulting and advisory work
• and manage staff research, training, and development. Work with firm leadership on growth initiatives, service offerings, and operational strategies.
