What you'll do

• Participate in interviewing and hiring
• train and mentor team members
• develop plans to address selling skill gaps
• own store sales performance and review daily metrics
• manage staffing, financial and sales reporting, cash, compliance, and store opening and closing
• model customer service and drive personal sales
• resolve customer issues and escalations
• monitor inventory and device security
• implement merchandising and planogram changes
• set and communicate sales goals
• lead by example.
