• Serve as the customer point of contact for quotes, coverage changes, billing questions, and policy reviews
• handle policy and billing inquiries accurately

• maintain activity, pipeline, and customer records
• meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• identify coverage gaps and cross-sell during reviews
• develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups.
