What you'll do

• Lead area performance in safety, environmental compliance, reliability, throughput, and operating costs
• guide Supervisors through operational challenges
• address issues affecting multiple facilities or crews and resolve regulatory findings
• forecast operating expenses and review budget variances
• coach Supervisors and hold them accountable for developing teams
• partner on infrastructure projects and capacity plans.
