What you'll do

• Lead municipal transportation engineering projects from planning through construction
• develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• manage and mentor project teams
• coordinate with municipalities, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
• prepare proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates
• oversee contracts, funding coordination, quality, and regulatory compliance
• maintain client relationships and support business development.
