The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, providing care in patients’ homes, with compensation of $17–$17.25 per hour. The work contributes to personalized care and continuity by communicating patient progress or concerns to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with transfers and mobility
• provide personal care and help with laundry, linens, and home cleaning
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, and problems
• report observations to a supervisor
• engage patients in conversation or reading
• give medications and immunizations
• and support exercises or other activities.
