What you'll do

• Lead report writing and civil engineering design for drainage, grading, utilities, and due diligence
• develop permitting strategies and coordinate with local agencies
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and other design tools
• mentor junior staff
• oversee QA/QC
• ensure compliance with engineering and agency requirements
• analyze survey data and site conditions
• coordinate multidisciplinary consultants
• manage plan revisions
• track workflow and serve as primary project design contact.
