Driver — PACE Participant Transportation

Job overview

The Driver role is onsite in San Jose, CA; compensation is $25 per hour. WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors through participant-focused care, and this role reports to the Transportation Supervisor. The Driver safely transports PACE participants to and from destinations, supporting their comfort, dignity, and connection to care. The role also includes vehicle inspections, participant assistance, and communication with dispatch and leadership.

What you'll do

• Transport PACE participants on assigned schedules
• follow traffic and safety regulations
• inspect lift vans, ADA-accessible minibuses, and ambulatory vehicles
• assist participants entering and exiting vehicles and transferring to and from wheelchairs
• report relevant changes in participant condition or psychosocial status to the Transportation Supervisor.
