The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Per Diem, Day Shift role is onsite in Winnebago, NE. Pay is $27–$31 per hour. The position supports the Regional Drug Dependency Unit at the Great Plains Area facility.

What you'll do

• Support patients with daily living activities, monitor safety and well-being, report changes to nursing staff, and provide recovery-focused encouragement.
• Measure and document vital signs, assist with specimen collection and other clinical tasks, maintain patient records, support admissions, transfers, and discharges, and help keep rooms and common areas safe and clean.
• Follow infection-control, HIPAA, facility, federal, and tribal healthcare requirements and coordinate with nursing, behavioral health, and medical staff.

Why this role
