Commercial Risk Advisor – Sales

Job overview

The Commercial Risk Advisor – Sales role is hybrid in Irvine, CA: three days per week in the office and up to two days remotely and in the field. Base salary is $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus uncapped new-business commissions and yearly renewal commissions. The role helps business owners and executives strengthen their firms through commercial insurance and risk-management practices.

What you'll do

• Build an organic sales pipeline and develop a book of business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead sources. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and outreach through negotiation, coverage proposals, closing with C-suite executives, and renewals. Build client partnerships, learn commercial-lines coverage and underwriting guidelines, and pursue continuing education. Obtain a Property and Casualty license or attain it within 90 days
