The Material Flow Team Lead — Second Shift, Distribution Center role is onsite in Rogers, MN, with stated pay of $26.50–$30.50 per hour, including a $3.00 second-shift differential. Sportech designs, manufactures, and assembles cab components and systems for powersports, golf and turf, industrial, and agricultural markets. The team lead coordinates material movement and inventory support so production commitments can be met. The role also guides team processes, communicates constraints, and supports safe, organized, and continuously improving material-flow operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate material movement into, within, and out of manufacturing
• review production schedules and coverage
• monitor inventory, picking, returns, cycle counts, and discrepancies
• communicate labor or material constraints
• support 5S and safety processes
• operate applicable equipment such as forklifts
• train and audit standard work
• coach team members and participate in onboarding and performance reviews.
