It advises SAO leaders and research teams, manages compliance and contractual risk, and supervises and develops procurement staff.

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations of the Subawards Section
• assign and monitor work and develop staff. Plan, solicit, negotiate, award, administer, modify, and close out complex contracts, subcontracts, and subawards. Advise SAO leadership and research personnel on procurement strategy, sponsor compliance, and contractual risk. Develop policies and controls, represent SAO in audits and negotiations, and ensure award files meet requirements.
