Senior Contract Specialist

Job overview

The Senior Contract Specialist role is hybrid, onsite three days per week in Washington, DC; applicants must live in the Washington, DC metro area. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. OCT Consulting provides management and technology consulting support to federal government clients. The specialist supports the full acquisition lifecycle for government contracts, from market research and solicitation through post-award administration and closeout. The role applies extensive federal contracting experience to procure and manage multiple contract vehicle types for client acquisition offices.

What you'll do

• Support and manage federal acquisitions across fixed-price, time-and-materials, cost or cost-plus, interagency agreement, IDIQ, and BPA vehicles
• perform market research and pre-solicitation, solicitation, post-award contract administration, and closeout activities.

Why this role
