What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees
• follow site-specific procedures and security policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of interiors, loading docks, parking areas, retail spaces, warehouse floors, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and verify visitor and delivery credentials
• maintain accurate logs and reports
• communicate with site personnel, management, vendors, and emergency responders.
