Direct Support Professional — Residential, Part-Time Overnights is an onsite position in Brockport, NY, in Residential Services. The schedule is 20 hours per week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Starting pay is $21.55 per hour, plus a $0.50 overnight shift differential. Lifetime Assistance’s mission is to foster independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides residential support that helps individuals with daily living, safety, independence, and community participation. Staff assist with personal care, implement and document individualized service plans, support social and self-help skills, and communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and household tasks. Support independence, self-help, and social skills
• help ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans and daily supports
• encourage community integration and recreational participation
• drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed
• and complete required training and professional development.

Why this role

No prior experience is required. First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained; vehicle operator requirements do not apply to overnight or relief shifts.
