What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food and beverages according to planned menus and instructions
• follow standardized recipes and food-safety procedures
• prepare appropriate quantities on schedule
• make and record only authorized menu substitutions
• assist with meal service and tray checks
• serve meals and snacks according to diet orders and preferences
• record food temperatures
• maintain a clean work area and complete assigned cleaning.
