The Sales Associate role is onsite at the McMurray showroom in McMurray, PA, with pay of $19–$21 per hour. The role coordinates inside selling and office procedures, follows up on customer requests and quotes, and works with outside sales representatives to support appointments, bookings, and customer service. Accurate product information and proposals help the branch meet its performance goals.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers in the showroom and by phone.
• Convert store, phone, and website contacts into appointments for outside sales representatives.
• Enter information into customer account software, develop product and process knowledge, and prepare accurate quotes and proposals using the Pella quoting system.
• Communicate service needs, assist with new-employee training, support promotional events, manage office materials and showroom housekeeping, and promote Google reviews.
