What you'll do

• Manage inside sales by answering calls, preparing quotes, and processing orders
• manage ecommerce order processing, listings, and customer inquiries
• coordinate service and repair workflows among customers, technicians, and vendors
• communicate order status and service updates
• maintain records, inventory coordination, and office operations
• identify process and customer-experience improvements.
