What you'll do

• Oversee vacancy and occupancy reporting
• execute lease-up strategies and marketing campaigns
• train site staff on leasing and occupancy processes
• support waitlist management and tenant eligibility documentation
• follow fair housing and program requirements
• audit digital listings
• develop outreach partnerships
• report occupancy and vacancy trends to leadership.
