Support Engineer III

The role supports a hospital customer with a large camera and access-control environment. The engineer diagnoses and resolves server, network, software, and application issues, manages virtual-machine deployments, and supports hardware and access-control platforms. This work keeps the customer’s security technology operational and helps resolve technical issues independently and promptly.

What you'll do

• Load and configure software on virtual machines and manage deployments end to end
• troubleshoot server, software, and application issues
• investigate Windows Server, SQL, and application logs
• support server hardware repairs and rebuilds
• learn and support Avigilon, Milestone, Lenel, and C-Cure access-control platforms
• travel to sites when on-site work is required.
