Global Quality Director

The Global Quality Director role is onsite in Erlanger, KY. Compensation is not specified. The director leads global quality strategy for the Entertainment Business across its playing-card portfolio, manufacturing footprint, and supply chain. The role establishes quality, product-safety, and product-security systems and standards to protect customer trust and ensure products meet regulatory and internal requirements. It partners with operations, sourcing, product development, commercial teams, and senior leadership to drive prevention and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own and improve the Quality Management System
• ensure compliance with international standards, customer requirements, regulations, and internal policies
• define global quality standards for new and changed products
• lead improvement actions and quality tools including FMEA, control plans, 8D, CAPA, and risk assessments
• improve product-safety processes and documentation
• maintain product-security controls and escalation mechanisms
• train personnel
• communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders
• make or escalate product-release, hold, containment, rework, destruction, or recall decisions.
