Store Manager

The Store Manager role is onsite in Tyler, TX. Compensation is $60,000 plus 10% of operating profit. The manager leads service-department operations by supporting customers, supervising and coaching the service team, and maintaining safe, organized, and effective store processes.

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers on sales, service, and adjustments
• create a motivated team environment
• supervise technicians and service advisors, schedule and assign work, and follow up on completion
• coach teammates and evaluate performance
• manage parts inventory and outside purchases
• ensure store and shop safety
• oversee equipment layout and positioning
• ensure inspections are conducted properly.
