What you'll do

• Greet members and assist with transactions accurately and efficiently
• build member relationships and refer members to products and services
• balance the cash drawer and resolve discrepancies
• support drive-up, night drop, and assigned opening and closing duties
• comply with applicable laws and policies
• open and service complex consumer and business accounts, certificates of deposit, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes
• receive and process consumer loan applications
• assist with escalated concerns
• mentor Member Service Representative teammates
• participate in branch promotions and community events as assigned.
