What you'll do

• Advise customers on light-engine design concepts
• provide technical support for field application issues, troubleshooting, design-in, and partner management
• create application notes, white papers, training modules, performance calculators, and reference designs
• develop customer demos
• serve as technical contact through product development
• collaborate with software and firmware teams to resolve display issues
• demonstrate systems to customers and partners
• provide design-team feedback on manufacturability, reliability, and integration readiness.
