The Field Technician Co-Op (Summer) role is onsite, based in Plymouth, MA or Wilmington, MA, for the May–August 2027 program; pay is $22–$26 per hour based on education. The co-op performs cross-connection control surveys and testing for private and public water systems while developing field, documentation, and software skills. The work supports client water-system surveys and the firm’s environmental and infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

• Use a backflow test kit
• develop understanding of cross-connection systems and software
• work toward daily production requirements
• document field activity for clients and the office
• complete assigned testing and surveys
• and develop customer-oriented interpersonal skills.
