What you'll do

• Own U.S. Brand PR strategy across CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy
• build PR roadmaps and integrated calendars
• develop proactive story pipelines and narrative standards
• lead, coach, and develop Brand PR specialists
• manage work allocation and operating rhythms
• manage the Brand PR budget and external agency performance
• partner with influencer and brand-partner functions on earned amplification
• counsel brand marketing leaders and the Chief Brand Officer
• partner with Sports & Entertainment and College & Field Marketing
• participate in crisis response and support consumer-facing brand issues
• embed and govern AI workflows in PR planning, analysis, monitoring, content development, and insights
• train the team in AI-enabled practices.
