What you'll do

• Provide medical care during admission, treatment, and discharge
• coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs
• dispense medication and maintain medication logs
• collaborate with medical, clinical, and utilization review teams
• document, track, and report client medical information
• provide individual and group patient education.
