What you'll do

• Prepare rental units for occupancy through turnover repairs, upgrades, and deep cleaning
• perform assigned maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, complete work orders to company standards and safety requirements, travel between properties, gather tools and materials, and maintain expense reports. Preventative maintenance may also be performed when circumstances require it.
