The role aligns assay strategy and execution with clinical development plans, regulatory expectations, and program decisions through cross-functional collaboration and oversight of external laboratories.

What you'll do

• Lead clinical-stage PK, PD, biomarker, and immunogenicity assay strategy
• provide expertise in assay validation, study conduct, sample analysis, data interpretation, and regulatory compliance
• oversee CRO and partner laboratory work
• support vendor selection and performance monitoring
• author and review clinical and regulatory documents
• integrate bioanalytical data for program decisions
• support inspections and audits
• present strategies, risks, and recommendations.
