The Team Leader I/Team Leader II — P&L Way — Night Shift role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports International’s commercial vehicle manufacturing plant and production team. The team leader guides assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors, and other manufacturing employees to produce trucks safely and to quality, delivery, and cost expectations. Through coaching, standardized work, training, and performance monitoring, the role helps sustain and improve production operations.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of manufacturing employees
• follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• coach team members on standardized work, safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• use visual management and KPI boards to monitor performance
• apply the 4-Step Training Method and Train the Trainer Method
• ensure workstation competency
• identify and escalate unsafe conditions
• maintain 5S and housekeeping standards
• implement and track countermeasures
• teach standards and verify execution
• support production recovery, overtime, and occasional Friday or weekend coverage as needed.

Begins on first shift for training before transition to second shift in 2027; second shift is Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM, with a 10% differential upon transition.
