Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Lawrenceville, GA, with sessions delivered in clients’ homes and community settings. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. My Team ABA describes its work as family-centered ABA care focused on meaningful positive change for people with autism.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities
• implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• use discrete trials, natural environment teaching, skill-building and reinforcement methods
• collect and enter behavior and skill-acquisition data in the EMR
• collaborate with BCBAs, team members, clinical directors and families
• attend clinical meetings and training
• maintain professional boundaries and RBT ethical compliance.
