Senior Construction Project Manager – National Construction Programs is a hybrid role based in Plano, TX, with up to 50% travel to projects nationwide. The anticipated salary is $125,000–$150,000 per year. The position supports Sevan Multi-Site Solutions’ General Contracting Division and commercial retail construction programs. The manager leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, quality, and safety. The role is intended to deliver multi-site commercial construction projects on schedule and within budget while developing project staff and maintaining client partnerships.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects through all phases
• serve as primary client contact
• direct project staff
• oversee budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk analysis
• support subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations
• manage forecasts, cost control, change orders, and invoices
• mentor staff
• oversee quality control, safety compliance, and closeout.
