What you'll do

• Prepare and portion food according to military guidelines and production logs
• complete temperature checks and basic HACCP documentation
• stock food-service counters and dining areas
• prepare produce and beverages
• serve cafeteria-style meals
• clean tables, floors, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
• wash dishes and cookware
• dispose of waste
• assist with unloading and storing supplies
• follow safety and sanitation protocols.
