What you'll do

• Monitor property performance and key indicators
• identify risks and value-creation opportunities
• support budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, underwriting, and investment decisions
• conduct property assessments and track action plans
• lead portfolio initiatives and project plans
• oversee software systems, automation, reporting infrastructure, AI enablement, process documentation, vendors, and adoption.
