The Apartment Maintenance Technician II — McDonald and Robinson Township role is onsite supporting residential communities in McDonald and Robinson Township, PA. What you'll do

• Respond to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repair requests
• troubleshoot and make repairs
• maintain heating and cooling equipment
• complete preventive maintenance and safety checks
• prepare vacant apartments
• perform painting, drywall, cleaning, and minor carpentry
• maintain grounds and assist with seasonal landscaping
• remove snow and ice
• monitor supplies and costs
• coordinate specialized contractor work
• respond to emergency calls during assigned on-call periods.

Why this role

Full-time Monday–Friday daylight schedule, occasional weekends, and rotating emergency on-call schedule; must be able to respond to assigned emergencies within one hour. Two years of maintenance experience or the stated alternative experience and trade education is required.
