What you'll do

• Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and flower beds
• mow, edge, weed, prune, and plant
• apply fertilizers or pest-control products
• maintain grounds equipment
• report safety or repair concerns
• prepare vacant lots for market
• perform light maintenance and pool tasks
• keep common areas clear of debris
• assist with resident functions and special projects.

Why this role
