• design billing and financial integration with Convergent Invoicing and General Ledger
• gather requirements and create functional specifications
• support Order-to-Cash processes
• collaborate on enhancements and integrations
• support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live operations
• maintain documentation and financial controls.
