What you'll do

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily night-shift operations
• lead employees in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory counts
• assign tasks based on workload
• monitor progress and quality
• train and support new employees
• maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse
• report operational, inventory, equipment, and safety issues
• assist with attendance, workflow, and shift handoffs.
