What you'll do

• Facilitate onboarding and credentialing for research staff and offices
• determine training requirements, issue instructions, and track completion
• assist staff with training
• maintain onboarding and study training records
• monitor credential expirations
• ensure staff compliance and system access
• upload regulatory documentation
• track monitoring visits and follow-up actions
• conduct quality assurance reviews and provide metrics
• collaborate on department policies and systems
• travel to AARA and affiliate sites as needed.
