Human Resources Partner

What you'll do

• Advise on policies, procedures, programs, benefits, and payroll
• administer leave programs and documentation
• manage job postings, screening, interviews, offers, orientation, and onboarding
• maintain HRIS records and analyze metrics
• audit benefit invoices and resolve vendor issues
• process payroll and related timecard reviews, journal entries, and garnishments
• lead benefits administration and employee education
• coordinate training and process improvements.

Why this role
