What you'll do

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations
• move scooters, drive vans, and maintain scooters
• set daily routes for fleet deployment and repositioning
• identify operational metric gaps and develop solutions
• ensure timely fleet health counts, weekly data updates, and maintenance requests
• recruit and train local staff
• ensure compliance with city agreements and company procedures
• manage inventory and order parts. The role requires a willingness and ability to work a variety of days and shifts.
