What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff
• conduct unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• respond to incidents and resident concerns
• document observations and actions
• and maintain daily activity and incident reports and shift communications.
