What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone
• oversee staffing, performance management, opening and closing, service levels, and inventory
• drive monthly revenue goals and sales metrics
• hire, develop, motivate, and manage employees
• manage shipments, returns, trade-in and demo devices, supplies, and payment handling
• maintain audit and paperwork compliance
• provide consultative sales and service
• coach team members
• support activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• represent the company at community events.
