What you'll do

• Acknowledge customers and respond to inquiries in person and by telephone
• prepare shipment labels and documentation
• assist with drop-off and pickup of pre-labeled shipments
• sort and process shipments
• complete documentation and manifesting
• bag shipments and send shipment status information
• open and close the popup location
• follow safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.
