Director of Advisory

We are seeking a Director of Advisory to lead and elevate our Advisory team. This role will be responsible for managing our team of Senior Financial Planners and Financial Planners, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality advice, development of scalable processes, and a culture of accountability and growth. While this role includes strategic-level client engagement, its primary focus is build
