What you'll do

• Establish and assess project governance and frameworks with the EVP/CIO
• monitor EPMO practices and maturity
• align project management with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
• manage project managers and EPMO resources
• prepare steering committee materials and communications
• present project status
• manage projects when resources permit.
